日頃より APFR（アポテーケフレグランス）をご愛顧いただきありがとうございます。

当社の「インセンスコーン」は、最後まで燃焼をサポートするためにカーボンフェルトを同梱して販売しておりましたが、カーボンフェルトを使用した場合に、燃焼中のインセンスコーンとカーボンフェルトが接触している部分に破裂現象が起こる事例がございました。


誠に恐れ入りますが、お客様に安全にご使用いただくため、お手元にありますインセンスコーンに同梱されている「カーボンフェルト」のご使用は直ちに中止していただきますようお願い申し上げます。

インセンスコーン本体はご使用いただけますので、ご使用の際は、必ず不燃性のお香立てを使用してください。

Our “Incense Cones” are selling with a carbon felt included in the package, to support combustion to the end, but there were some cases where the carbon felt caused the Incense Cone itself to burst during combustion.


For your safety, we would ask that you immediately discontinue use of the “carbon felt”, included with the incense cone you have.





Please always use a nonflammable incense burner when using this product.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and concern this may cause.
